Great video that talks about the number of children in Ukraine who need a family.

i am a canadian single woman, 44, trying to adopt and we are hampered by impossibly low quotas for canada-25 in 2007. canadians are so frustrated they are switching to other countries. in manitoba, many have switched to kazakhstan. - shelly wright, shellywr@hotmail.com

I agree with you completely. It's really sad what the Ukraine has done it terms of adoption and the limits. I truly don't understand why. Nightlight Adoptions just opened a new program in a country next to Kazak and it looks great. Half the price as well which is a consideration for many! Good luck on your journey!

Hi Amy, You have a beautiful family. I,too, am an adoptive mom to a beautiful Guigang girl. I adopted my daughter in Feb 06. That is kinda why I am posting. I looked around your site for an email addy but never found one. As I was reading/looking around, I seen that you were fortunate to of visited Guigang SWI when my daughter would have been around 4-5 months old. I don't know for sure, but I THINK the one baby on the floor of you one pic is my daughter at a younger age. I would love to see more if your okay with sharing your photos? I'm anxious to hear from you. Please, email me either way.
